How my professional background relates to the article.

My professional background relates to the article because my life as CEO of CNR Ministries and Founder of C. NaTasha Productions is a reflection of the “sum total” of my experiences.

Thirty-one years Federal Government as an Information Technology Executive.

Thirty-six years of marriage to Melvin Richburg with four grown children who reside in locations around the country.

Twenty-two years experience as an adjunct instructor in the Information Systems department at University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC_.

Each of my professional experience relates to my personal drive as follows:

UMBC IT adjunct instructor/IT Consultant – Uses my voice as an intellect to instruct students, find IT solutions and present findings of audiences.

Talent Manager—Uses my voice as a music lover to oversee the musical career of Sonny Dumarsais in which I use my creative marketing and business planning abilities.

Life Coach— Uses my voice that comes from deep within my soul to help others reach their goals. My clients are from across the country

Author—Uses my voice from deep within my heart. In 2019, I plan to release an autobiographic depiction of my 36-year marriage to Melvin Richburg and complete my first screenplay based on my Book, “The Truth about the Lie I Live.”

Tell us about a challenge you have had in the development of your project/business, how you overcame it, and what you would do differently.

The challenge I had in my journey to become CEO, CNR Ministries, LLC and Founder of C.NaTasha Richburg Productions:

Finding individuals that don’t put me into a “box.”

As a behind the scenes person by nature in order to establish my brand, I had to learn to become visible to the public.

 I overcame my challenges,

By taking the time to truly understand my shortcomings and developing strategies to mitigate its impact.

For example, I have accomplished visibility by renaming the production aspect of my business by using the name, C. NaTasha Productions. Now, I am the face of the brand.

I have surrounded myself with entrepreneurs who are “out of the box” thinkers where we all have the freedom to speak our truth to power.

Why do you feel you have been as successful as you have been, what are the best three nuggets you can give to the readers?

The successful path that I am still traveling requires:

Patience…I have always understood from the beginning that my work as a author carried with it the premise of the movie “Field of Dreams, “if I build it, they will come.”  Will I started building my catalog of eleven books in 2006. By spring 2019 I will release my twelfth title.  My Christian based books target audiences of all ages to enjoy.

Authored the following Youth & Young adult books:

Life…What’s up with Yours?  9 yrs- 12 yrs

Who’s Renting Space in Your Head? 13 yrs – adult

A Hoodie ain’t a Coat—teen (illustrated)

A Hoodie ain’t a Coat , The bible study—teen (illustrated)

Drama to Driven—teen (illustrated)

The Day Night Light—teen (illustrated)

Every Story Has Two Sides–adult

Outside the Inside Circle – adult

The Truth about the Life I live –(1st in a series – adult)

Healthy Waters Don’t Cry Like this –(2nd in a series – adult)

I See the Whispers of the Snakes in the Grass–(3rd in a series – adult)

Hustle… I never stop writing, marketing, promoting and making new connections with the aim of expanding my audience.

Faith… Keeping the faith that God will continue to trust me with His vision for my life and God will speak to heart of my family and friends when they don’t understand my vision.

What is the passion behind your purpose? The passion behind my purpose is that I have platform to override my introverted-ness to present to audiences in a manner that gives voice to less talked about topics in a manner that most had not considered.

What education/ experience mix is required to do what you do? In this age of information technology and new approaches to business, I have used every educational experience I have gained in and outside of the classroom as an arsenal of tools used to develop the premises from which I draw my conclusions.
